Christine H. Chen was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Madagascar before settling in Boston where she worked as a research chemist. Her fiction has appeared in CRAFT Literary, Hobart, SmokeLong Quarterly, Vestal Review, Pithead Chapel, and other journals and anthologies. Her work was selected for inclusion in Wigleaf Top 50 in 2023 and has received Best of the Net, Best Microfiction, Best Small Fiction, and Pushcart nominations. Her story “Maid in America” won a Fractured Lit. Anthology III prize, 2023. She is a recipient of the 2022 Mass Cultural Council Artist Fellowship, and the co-translator from French of the novel My Lemon Tree (Spuyten Duyvil, 2023). Read more at www.christinehchen.com
Jessica Klimesh is a US-based writer and editor whose work has appeared or is forthcoming in Cleaver, trampset, Flash Frog, Club Plum Literary, Bending Genres, and Flash Boulevard, among others. Her work has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize, Best Microfiction, Best Small Fictions, and Best of the Net. She is currently working on a collection of linked flash stories. Jane Salmons lives in Shropshire in the UK. She has a poetry pamphlet Enter GHOST (dancing girl press) and full poetry collection The Quiet Spy (Pindrop Press). Jane has stories published with MacQueen’s Quinterly, The Ekphrastic Review, Ink Sweat & Tears, The Dribble Drabble Review and in Ad Hoc Fiction anthologies Dandelion Years and Flash Fiction Festival Five and Six. A recipient of Arts Council England funding, her microfiction has been shortlisted for the Bath Flash Fiction Award and nominated for Best Microfiction and Best of the Net.
