Emily Carr is the author of ten chapbooks and three full-length poetry collections, most recently "whosoever has let a minotaur enter them, or a sonnet" — (McSweeney’s, 2016). After she got an MFA in poetry from the University of North Carolina-Wilmington, she took a doctorate in ecopoetics from the University of Calgary.
