A former newspaper reporter, Ginger Pinholster is a university science writer based in Florida. Her first novel, Murmuration, was a finalist for a 2013 Santa Fe Writers Project literary award. Her short stories have appeared in The Northern Virginia Review, Black Heart Magazine, Atticus Review, Dying Dahlia Review, Crab Fat Magazine, and Boomtown, an anthology of the Queens University of Charlotte, where she earned her M.F.A. degree.
