Jane Hammons teaches writing at UC Berkeley. She has published fiction and nonfiction in a variety of magazines and journals. She has an essay forthcoming in the anthology California Prose Directory: New Writing from the Golden State, writes for the literary website Bloom and is excited to be offering a workshop on voice in August at Georgia O'Keeffe's Ghost Ranch for the A Room of Her Own Foundation writer's retreat.
