Michèle Alexandre is a black queer gender fluid writer who has published law review articles on the intersection of law, race, gender identity, and civil rights, and, authored two books: Sexploitation: Sexual Profiling and the Illusion of Gender (Routledge 2014) and The New Frontiers of Civil Rights Litigation (Carolina Academic Press 2019). Alexandre serves as Dean of Stetson University College of Law, Professor of Law, and starting July 1 2021, Counsel to the President for Strategic Initiatives and Operations.
