A videopoem by Ronald Tobey.
Read MoreRon Tobey grew up in north New Hampshire and attended the University of New Hampshire, Durham. He has lived in Ithaca NY, Pittsburgh PA, Riverside CA, Berkeley CA, and London UK. After a professional life in Southern California, he retired together with his wife to West Virginia, where they raise cattle and keep horses and goats. He has written poetry for personal pleasure since he was 16, publishing his first poem in an independent student journal, but only with retirement has he written poetry for publication. He assumed a pseudonym, “Turin Shroudedindoubt”, for his artistic and literary endeavors to separate them from his professional life. He writes imagist poems about moods and work drawing from his life experience. He experiments with formats to bring images to their strongest presence in the reader’s mind, including poetic storytelling, poems for two voices, spoken poetry, and video poetry. He has published in several dozen journals, including Prometheus Dreaming, Broadkill Review, The Cabinet of Heed (UK), Neuro Logical Literary Magazine (Ireland), The Light Ekphrastic, and Vaugh Street Doubles (Canada).
