Brian Birnbaum grew up thirty minutes west of Camden Yards in Baltimore, where at four years old he cried because the Yankees were losing. An MFA graduate of Sarah Lawrence College, his work has been published or is forthcoming in The Smart Set, The Collagist, Atticus Review, SLAM Magazine, Lit Hub, Political Animal, and more. His first novel, Emerald City, is out with Dead Rabbits. Brian is a child of Deaf adults (CODA) and works in development for the family sign language interpreting business. He lives in Harlem with the writer M.K, Rainey and their dog.

Darla Himeles is a Pushcart-Prize and Best-of-the-Net nominee who can be read in recent issues of Talking River, bedfellows, Atticus Review, Storyscape, New Ohio Review, and Pittsburgh Poetry Review. She is a poetry editor for Platform Review and holds an AB in English from Bryn Mawr College and an MFA in poetry and poetry in translation from Drew University. She is currently a doctoral candidate in American literature at Temple University, where she is also the assistant director of the Temple University Writing Center. Darla lives in Mt. Airy with her wife and daughter and is the author of the chapbook Flesh Enough (Get Fresh Books, 2017).

Elizabeth Deanna Morris Lakes was born in Harrisburg, PA and has a BA in Creative Writing from Susquehanna University and an MFA from George Mason University.
